Callings

So, Michael and I both got callings in our new ward.

Our ward is HUGE (like 600 active people). So we really didn't expect to get callings... at least not THIS soon. But, I am the new Ward Choir Director and Michael is the Secretary in the Elder's Quorum. So, pretty exciting!

Not going to lie, it's VERY intimidating being the ward choir director -especially in this big of a ward! There's got to be someone more qualified and less busy, right?

Michael and I just had a baby! And we just got new big-ish callings! Why is everything happening so quickly? Why not wait another month or two to give us big callings?

Michael just walked in the door from work, and guess what he had in his hands? OUR CHECK FROM VERIZON! Yay!
