At 3 Months Old Emmalynn can...

- Roll from her tummy to her back
- Stand on her own (not balance though.. obv.)
- well she's been doing those two for a while... right after 2 months?
- Blow lots of bubbles and produce an insane amount of drool
- smile tons! (although, she hasn't been very happy today because she hasn't slept
well)
- She is teething and has been for a month
- Dance when she hears music (especially piano music when Daddy plays or when Jon
Schmidt is playing on youtube
- Sleep in her crib (we started having her sleep in her crib about a week ago)
- Roll an insane amount in her sleep! She completely switched directions... so her head
switched places with her feet! So a few nights ago we put her in bed with her head
on the same side of the crib as her stuffed animal (there is a stuffed animal in
her crib with her) and a few hours later I heard the song play that the stuffed
animal makes! I was so scared she was suffocating or something so I got out of bed
to check on her. I get there, and she had completely rotated so her feet were
where her head was! She had her legs wrapped around the giraffe! So cute!
- Look adorable in cloth diapers!
- Get super lonely if mom isn't in the room with her talking to her
- LOVES her swing

What I do in school

Well, this is what I've learned in school so far (well, not ALL I've learned...) but here are two sets of nails I've done.
The green tipped one I did on myself (which is quite difficult when you're trying to do your right hand with your left hand... assuming you're right handed).

And the red tipped ones I did on a client. :)

Blessing Day!

Well, we blessed Emmalynn a month ago. On our one year anniversary. August 5, 2012.

Here are the pictures! Sorry it's taken so long!

It's really hard to think that Michael and I have been married for a year! (Well, over a year now..), and even harder to believe we've been parents for over two months!

We're both back in school now. I'm taking one class at BYU (flute choir) and going to cosmo school part time. Aka:3 days a week.

My cosmetology school has a free daycare for the children of their students, so we won't have to pay for daycare or anything. Although, Emmalynn is so young that I'm allowed to have her next to me in a bouncer/her carseat/etc. while I'm in class. So really, she's in the daycare for about an hour a day (while I'm with a client/can' have her around). It's pretty awesome. I get to go to school AND play with my baby all day.

She is so adorable and so wonderful. She's teething though... so that's no fun for either of us. I wish she would have waited a few more months before she started teething, so that I could catch up a little bit on sleep before she is up every hour again. Oh well.
